Quality and safety is imperative to our operations. Our blending and packing standards are HACCP and ISO22000 certified by SGS and approved by several world class MNC's food safety programs. We have six stainless steel blenders ranging from 500-1000L capacity, all equipped with high power magnets, sifters and metal detectors.
Every blending line is supervised by an experienced operator with at least 3 years experience in dry blending, and all our operations follow strict quality protocols to ensure consistent homogeneity and quality in our blends.
Our blends can be packed into one of many retail packagings, from small single serving sachets to retail cans to large poly-lined 40kg bags. Our packaging lines are also ISO22000 and HACCP certified and follows the same strict quality control as our blending.
Some of our current packaging lines include:
Single serving sachets (10g-40g): packed in sticks, horizontal or vertical auger/cup filled sachets.
Retail cans (250g-1800g): available in multiple can dimensions including #307, #401, #502 and #603 cans.
Cans are auger filled and vacuumed/nitrogen flushed.
Retail bags (500g-2000g): available in various bag types including poly film and zipper top bags. All retail bags are vacuumed and heat sealed.
Bulk bags or cartons (20kg-40kg): packed in large quantities for export.
All packaging are weighted, date and batch coded, and samples retended for quality purpose.
